How to Find Ishpeming's Downtown District

If you are on highway 41, it's easy to find Ishpeming's Main Street. Just following the directions below, depending on which direction you're coming from.

Coming from East (Marquette) of Ishpeming

turn left (South) onto 3rd Street, next to the Holiday gas station
turn right onto Hematite Drive, you are now in the Historic Downtown District

Coming from West of Ishpeming

turn right (South) onto Lakeshore Drive, at the stop light (intersection of M-28 near the Jubilee Supermarket
go straight through the yellow light, Lakeshore becomes Division Street (Business M-28)
Division Street marks the beginning of the downtown district on the west side of town
Take Division Street to Main Street and turn left
